SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Manager to serve as the champion of product quality and customer satisfaction for our client’s integrated circuit (IC) product operations. This high-performing leader will ensure adherence to rigorous quality standards, manage customer expectations, and drive timely, data-driven resolution of quality issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Lead initiatives to elevate quality performance across the entire product portfolio.

·        Serve as the primary interface for customers on quality-related topics.

·        Partner closely with Failure Analysis, Test Engineering, Product Engineering, and Field Sales to achieve quality objectives and strengthen customer satisfaction.

·        Drive corrective and preventive actions for field failures, including ownership of 8-D problem solving and delivery of customer-ready reports.

·        Define, implement, and sustain operational and systemic improvements to product quality.

·        Manage customer notifications related to product changes.

·        Support and facilitate customer audits and quality reviews.

·        Lead, mentor, and develop the quality engineering team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline required.

• 10 years’ experience in customer quality engineering and in direct customer-facing roles, with a focus on integrated circuits (ICs).

• Proven internal / external collaboration experience in strengthening and enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving quality objectives, required.
• Strong problem‑solving skills across semiconductor products and manufacturing processes, with expertise in the 8D problem‑solving methodologies.
• Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and factually.
• Ability to travel globally to customer sites as needed.
• Verbal and written Mandarin language skills preferred.
